Southeast (Fujian) Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Southeast Motor”) was established in 1995. It is composed of Fujian Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. ( 50% of the shares ), China Motors ( 25% of the shares) of Taiwan Yulon Group , Japan's Mitsubishi Motors (accounting for 25% of the shares ) is a joint venture automobile enterprise established by three parties. The company has a registered capital of US$ 138 million and a total investment of US$ 226.9 million.
