Job role
l Undertake quality control and defect inspections of the works in site;
l Report to Senior Resident Architect; and coordinate works of Assistant Resident Architect;
l Review and familiarize with specifications, design drawings, material and shop drawing submissions;
l Review trade contractors method statements, Inspection and Test Plans;
l Required to attend Site Meetings with different parties and resolve technical problems on site.
Requirements:
l Minimum 10 years relevant experience with particular experience in large hotel, resort and casino developments;
l Registered Architect in HK, UK or equivalent;
l Familiar with specifications, design drawings and approval of material and shop drawing submissions;
l Able to work independently and or as part of a team;
l A good communicator;
l Good command of Chinese and English.
l Macau ID holder.
