Preparation and analysis of operational reports for management & customer purposes;
Lead role in Supply Chain Team’s order receiving/processing process. The candidate must be able to perform order processing in SAP;
Coordination with Supplier and service provider to ensure customer satisfaction and timely release of operational reports;
Ensure Supply Chain Team’s compliance to the Company’s standard operating procedures and leadership over continuous improvement initiatives;
Oversight over importation-releasing process in coordination with an accredited broker and Department of Energy.
Oversight over Supply Chain Team’s manpower schedule.
Support Manager in-charge on S&OP matters
